I have had the privilege to select Dr. Muhammad Zakaria as my Primary Care Physician (PCP). Prior to the selection, I have called him and he answered the phone personally even though he was very busy, he dedicated the time and inquiring about me and everything was concerning me, he listened to me attentively and asked many question to know more details and took notes on things and explained to me process and ask me kindly to go and visit the clinic and made me an appointment with him at a later day. I was very touched by how much he cares about his patience and his kindness and sympathy.

Moreover, when I called his clinic afterwards, the sweetest and kindest clinic care person (receptionist) named Flora picked up the phone and although the clinic seemed busy (as I can hear the noise in the background), miss Flora with her soft-spoken and kind demeanor explained to me everything in details, answered every question I had, and texted me right after the call to follow up on inquiring about some details to register me in the system. I cannot be more grateful and thankful for how organized, active, professional, sweet, and kind the doctors and staff of this wonderful clinic are. I truly appreciate the great work that they do.
